Yes, the dashboard shows full lease lifecycle—start dates, expiry alerts, renewal actions, Ejari/DARI-ready documents, and smart reminders for Abu Dhabi property management agreements.
Does the system provide real-time property data?
Through DARI/ADREC integration, UR Property fetches live property status, unit details, and ownership attributes to help managers in Abu Dhabi make accurate and transparent decisions.
Can tenants submit Maintenance requests?
Yes. Tenants can raise requests with photos, priorities, and time slots, and the maintenance company operates them from the SP dashboard under Abu Dhabi service provider workflows.
